  We found this church when we first moved to Murrieta in August of 2009. After just a couple of visits, we realized that we had found the perfect fit for our family. While many churches say that 'all are welcome,' UCV practices what it preaches (pardon the pun). We appreciate that our daughter can be exposed to a truly diverse family with all sorts of people...young and old, black and white, and even straight and gay.
  
  This is also a very modest, people-focused church. The Sunday service currently takes place in a middle-school gymnasium, so its a very down-to-earth group of people. The bible message is usually intellectually grounded, practical and positive - not presented in a polarizing or judgmental way at all.
  
  The only thing lacking here is a nursery for infants and toddlers. If you have slightly older kids, though, there's a separate Sunday school class for them during the main service.
  
  We highly recommend this church to anyone, especially those who might be seeking something a little less 'traditional' than most of the options in this area.
